Assignment Instructions
A component of this capstone course is that you complete an internship in your selected concentration. The internship will consist of 80 hours of work over the 16 weeks in a self-selected and instructor approved hospitality environment (hotel, restaurant, resort, club, etc).
Instructions:Complete the.apus.edu/access/content/group/management-common/Hospitality%20Mgt/HOSP495/Interneship%20Documents/Internship%2BAgreement%2Band%2BLearning%2BContract_1_.docx”> “Internship Agreement and Learning Contract”. You and your internship supervisor need to sign and date this form. All pages should be initialed by the two of you.
Submission Instructions:All pages must be scanned in and submitted in this assignment section. If you have trouble submitting the scanned papers in this section, simply email me the scanned papers, and as the “assignment” just write that you have e-mailed the scanned images to me and list the date that they were e-mailed.
If you are not conducting an internship:You will need to submit a copy of your unofficial transcript and identify two strengths you have developed while in the hospitality management program and two opportunities. The unofficial transcript can be copied and pasted into the text field or submitted as an attachment.
This must be sent to me by Sunday evening (11:55PM) of week three.
