Before completing this activity, read Chapters 9 & 14 from Beebe and Mottet, Business and Professional Communication. Submit a packet of business letters, comprising an email memo, a complaint letter, and a bad news letter.

Create all the letters in MS Word. You should submit all three documents as separate pages within the same word processing file. NOTE: Make sure your letters are clearly labeled and the file attached BEFORE clicking SUBMIT.
Email MemoAs the company Chief Information Officer, prepare an email memo announcing the features of the companys new intranet. Follow proper email etiquette and standard business memo formatting.
Complaint Letter
As CIO, write a complaint letter to the telecommunication company you’d contracted about regarding their installation of the companys network. Describe your complaints regarding the poor installation and the lack of quality.
Bad News LetterAs CIO, write a bad news letter email to employees of company regarding the downtime of the internet.
Your assignments length should not include the title and reference pages. Your paper must follow APA style guidelines, using Times New Roman or Ariel, 12-point font, double-spaced, with one inch margins. Make sure to include a running header with name and page numbers.
