What evolving strategies does a global brand like Coca-Cola follow to sell products world-wide?
As the basis for the Case Study analysis:
1. Read Chapter 13-15 of the text.
2. Scan the.coca-cola.com/”>Coca-Cola [Video File] [01 Min 00 Sec] home page with a focus on their international operations.
3. Then study and reflect on the Case, “Coca-Cola,” on page 518 in Part 5 of the text.
From this real-world case analysis, analyze what international managers must consider and then act upon when selling their products in foreign markets. Although this case analysis covers consumer goods (in this case, beverages), the concepts learned apply equally to other types of commercial and industrial products.
For your Case Analysis, answer questions 1, 2, 3, and 4 at the end of the case.
