5. Write a job description for a facility manager of a small public multipurpose arena. Be sure to include their duties and actual day to day responsibilities as well as the requirements and experience that you are looking for.
6. Compare and contrast Strategic and Operational Planning. Explain the difference between the two concepts and why they need to be focused on different levels of the facility operation.
