Please make sure that your discussions are substantive in content. This means that your initial posting should be several paragraphs, and your follow up posts should be at LEAST a paragraph in length. Because we are looking for QUALITY and furthering the discussions, it is important that you are substantive in your responses. You want to be sure, as well, that any sources used in your discussion are reliable, as some of the information from the internet can be unreliable or biased. A great technique to use to ensure reliable sources is to use the CSU Global Library and search the peer-reviewed journals.
The Grading Rubric for the Discussions can be found in the Course Information Link on the left navigation bar of the course room. I would highly recommend you look at how the points are assessed, as I follow the rubrics COMPLETELY.

This weeks discussion centers on strategy implementation. As the director of operations, how would your functional units role change in each of the structures?
Or
As director of human resources, what would be two concerns associated with each of the structures?
Or
As the leader of research and development, what would be a cause of change in each of the structures?
Or
As director of customer service, what could change as a result of the new structures?
In your comments to other students, respond to posts that answer questions other than the one that you answered. Use at least two outside, credible sources in addition your textbook when creating your original post, and at least one credible source in addition to your textbook when responding to others.
